Wyld Networks Has Announced an IoT Partnership with Miromico

Wyld Networks, the global leader in secure satellite communication solutions, and Miromico, an IoT industry pioneer, announced today the formation of their new partnership at the IoT World Conference.

This partnership provides Wyld customers access to innovative Miromico technology as well as Miromico access to Wyld's satellite communication infrastructure. Together they are providing a complete end-to-end IoT platform solution to existing and new customers worldwide.

The companies have formed a joint venture to facilitate satellite IoT. Miromico will assist Wyld in developing low-power modules and terminals for its next-generation LoRaWAN sensor-to-satellite systems.

Alastair Williamson, CEO of Wyld Networks, said, "with years of experience in innovative design for integrated circuits, electronic systems, and the IoT, Miromico is the ideal partner to help us accelerate our R&D and production activities to meet the growing demand for advanced satellite IoT solutions."

"There is a lot of synergy between the two companies that will help us to drive further market adoption and explore new applications."

Marcel Wappler, CTO at Miromico, said, "Wyld is at the forefront of new sensor-to-satellite technology, which is set to massively transform the IoT market, currently being held back by the lack of global connectivity."

Miromico will also become a distributor for Wyld Connect products and satellite services. Wyld Connect's hybrid devices can transfer data either to land-based networks or through networks of Low Earth Orbiting (LEO) satellites. In addition, they offer worldwide coverage, making them a good solution for IoT applications in rural areas.

"We look forward to working with Wyld to advance its products further, help accelerate production and take them to new markets," Schekeb Fateh, CEO of Miromico, explained.
