Waldo Waldman has joined IDCA as Human Capital Counsel and as a member of the IDCA Board of Directors. Waldo is a human capital development leader who helps leaders and teams adapt to massive change and grow collaborative cultures of courage, resilience and mutual support.

Known as "The Wingman," Waldo is an Air Force Academy graduate, MBA, and combat decorated Air Force F-16 fighter pilot turned sales manager, performance consultant, executive coach and motivational keynote speaker.

A New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author and Hall of Fame speaker, he delivers keynotes and seminars, executive coaching, and sales and leadership programs to small entrepreneurial firms to the largest companies in the world.

He is an inductee into the National Speaker's Association Speaker Hall of Fame – one of only 200 worldwide.
