Acxiom Joins Salesforce AppExchange for Personalized Experiences
Salesforce, the world's leading provider of CRM solutions, has announced that Acxiom, one of the world's largest creators and processors of online data about consumers, businesses, and their relationships with each other, has joined the Salesforce AppExchange.
This partnership will enable more than 100 million users in over 190 countries to access Acxiom's industry-leading marketing data and analytics. It will also provide a deeper understanding of how people buy from brick-and-mortar stores and mobile devices.
Acxiom offers a powerful set of tools for marketers, along with automated insights, to help make better business decisions. With these new capabilities from Salesforce, AppExchange customers can use the customer information available from both companies to get smarter about what is happening in the marketplace.
They'll be able to build campaigns and optimize processes without reinventing the wheel. Customers who sign up now can leverage this rich library of content in a single integration within the next 12 months. They'll also be able to take advantage of the combined services through flexible pricing plans.
